    How it works

    Before you invest, we will sit down together to establish your long-term goals and discuss your Big Why.

    Once you are happy to move forward, you will pay VCG a £3000-£5000 activation fee so we can get to work for you and begin sourcing your first investment. We will then present you with a range of opportunities and discuss which projects work best for you – these could be HMOs, Commercial Conversions or Land Development projects. The profits along with your initial investment capital are then recycled to purchase other properties, enabling you to build your own portfolio over a period of up to seven years. There are two main options on how to purchase and build your property portfolio.

    Option 1
  • Set up a joint LTD company with VCG
  • You are 50% shareholder and VCG is a 50% shareholder
  • You are a director and we are also directors
  • You loan the LTD company capital required. (This capital is always paid back to you at some point in the future)
  • We do all the work from sourcing, project management, lettings and instructing the full power team
  • We split any equity uplift 50/50
  • We split any net rental income 50/50
  • Be as hands-on or hands-off as you like
  • There is a shareholder agreement in place to protect all parties
  • Option 2
  • You purchase the property in your personal or LTD company name
  • Your initial investment is always yours and paid back at some point in the future
  • We do all the work from sourcing, project management, lettings and instructing the full power team
  • You loan the LTD company capital required. (This capital is always paid back to you at some point in the future)
  • We do all the work from sourcing, project management, lettings and instructing the full power team

  • There is a JV agreement in place to protect all parties
